Estelle Underwood is a phenomenal personal trainer.  I began training with her two years ago because I have low bone density.  She  is an expert in this arena, and my bone density level has improved as per a recent DEXA exam.  She keeps the workouts interesting and challenging by varying the routine every week- no workout has ever been the same so the boredom factor goes away! Safety is foremost in her approach too.

As a health care professional, I require a high standard when referring patients to others.  I am grateful that I can send people to Estelle with 100% confidence for their strength/ flexibility needs.  If they are more interested in a group setting, she has a unique online platform to meet their needs.
